About Cyndy Allen

In 2010 I moved my daughter and I up to the Santa Ynez Valley from Glendora where we had lived for 17 years. I had no job and no idea what I wanted to do. I had always been an Administrative Assistant or a manager for retail stores. The opportunities in the SYV were quite different than anywhere else I had lived.  As I talked to several friends and family members, it became clear that what I needed to do was be in hospitality where I could contribute to the happiness of others. Of course the natural place to start was the wine industry!

It has taken many years of working in the wine industry for me to finally be able to pursue my dream. An opportunity presented itself when I was least expecting it and from there Ms. Assist was born!

I have always enjoyed helping others and making their lives a little easier and a little more fun. Ms. Assist does just that. With so many different offerings, I am able to help so many people in this beautiful valley. I am also able to help our visitors enjoy the area, and all of the hidden gems, by offering my concierge services. ​​
